What We're Made Of...

We make our crackers and cookies with whole-food organic ingredients - nothing artificial, no preservatives, nothing you can't pronounce or find in the garden. Here are just a few of our standard garden-ingredients...

Sunflower Seeds

Sunflower seeds are a wonderful source of vitamins, minerals, fats and energy (calories), and also provide our bodies with strong antioxidants like flavonoids and phenolic acids.

Plus, they add a great texture to our crackers, so they are a primary ingredient in a nunber of our products.

FlaxSeed

These little gems have been around for thousands of years, and are quite possibly one of our best super foods! These days, Flaxseed is commonly found in crackers, oatmeal, and other daily foods - Which makes sense, because they are very versatile, but also offer an abundance of Omega-3 fatty acids, Lignans (plant estrogen and antioxidants) and both soluble and insoluble fibers.
